Farooq Abdullah Warns of ‘Worse Situation’ If Centre Fails to Act on Haryana-Type Incidents
Srinagar, October 19: National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah has warned of a “worse situation” if the Centre does not take serious action over incidents such as the recent attack on a passenger bus in Haryana.
Speaking to reporters in Gulmarg, Abdullah urged the Central Government to treat such incidents seriously and take necessary measures to prevent their recurrence.
On the issue of the Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet expansion, Abdullah said it would take place after the Lieutenant Governor returns.
“LG is not feeling well and is out of the Union Territory,” Abdullah said
