During the interactive session, Army recruitment officials provided detailed guidance on the selection process and reiterated that recruitment into the Indian Army is completely free, transparent and merit-based.

The authorities also cautioned students against fraudulent agents and touts, urging them to rely only on official sources for recruitment-related information and registrations.

Aspirants were advised to use the official Indian Army recruitment portal — www.joinindianarmy.nic.in — for all registrations, notifications and updates.

The initiative in Bhaderwah provided students with greater awareness of career opportunities in the Armed Forces while inspiring the youth of Doda district to pursue a future dedicated to honour, courage and service to the nation.
