LG Manoj Sinha Lays Foundation Stone for Kashmir Chapter of Regional Studies Centre

Srinagar, October 28: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday laid the foundation stone for the Kashmir Chapter of the Centre for Regional Studies, Culture, Dialects and Emotional Intelligence at the University of Jammu.Sinha said the initiative aims to preserve Jammu and Kashmir’s rich cultural, linguistic and historical heritage while promoting interdisciplinary research and emotional intelligence.

The proposed centre will focus on manuscript preservation, digital archiving, linguistic mapping, ethnographic research, pilgrimage and tourism studies, mountain ecology and local entrepreneurship.
