Two Terrorists Killed in Kupwara Encounter; Search Operation Continues Along LoC
Srinagar, October 17: Two terrorists were killed during an ongoing operation along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Jumagund area of the Keran sector in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday, defence officials said.
According to officials, the encounter began around 3:30 AM after troops noticed suspicious movement and challenged those involved, leading to an exchange of fire.
The search operation was underway at the time of the latest reports. Further details are awaited.
